The rooms are extremely spacious and spotless. the furnishings are tasteful. - the location is awesome and favorable, close to a supermarket. - the terrace is surrounded by greenery. - the huge panoramic windows offer great views. - the distance to the restaurant is only 600 feet.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was well-appointed and fairly clean with great and absolutely perfect location to the ADO bus station. Location: the property was adjacent to all the restaurants, shops and nightlight on 5th Avenue and bus station, bank, grocery store, and Playa del Carmen. Had lunch/dinner at Harry's, which I found not too far from the hotel.

I would have extended the stay because of its very attentive and excellent staff. The location is great, and the area is commercial feet from restaurants and bars.

Not what was advertised

In general: Four couples had reservations in Feb. 2018. Two couples were in one building and two in another. No restaurant is on location. Many restaurants 5- 10 blocks away. Rooftop pools were ice cold on each building. Bar on one rooftop but not on the other. Hot tubs did not contain water. Staff was extremely helpful. Location and surroundings: Very safe. Entrance guarded 24 hours. Very clean and modern. Service: Very good. Dining:None on premises. Sports and leisure: none on premises. Room: Very clean and spacious. Useful tips: Find another place.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was truly impressed. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from everything I needed, including the vibrant 5th avenue. I had a wonderful time at Anah Suites By Sunest. The condo was beautiful and spacious, and the rooftop pool was amazing. The staff were helpful and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to 5th Ave and the beach but still peaceful at night. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Playa del Carmen.

During our recent stay at Anah Suites, my friend and I had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were friendly and always quick to respond to our questions and requests. The condo itself exceeded our expectations, as it was even better than the pictures online. We loved lounging by the great pool and even enjoyed outdoor movies in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, friends, and families alike.

The apartments were nicely decorated and well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen and comfortable beds. The staff was very cheerful and helpful, providing us with excellent tips on local places to eat. The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and a large supermarket.

The hot tubs were not heated, which was a letdown since it could have been a nice way to relax in the evening. the pass to the beach club didn't allow for free entrance, contrary to what was advertised.
